Bugs need to be fixed

Im at level 40 and when I got on it today, the blue circle around the level that tells you how far you are from the next level just keeps drawing that blue circle really fast. It just keeps spinning and wont register when I earn xp, it just keeps moving. And the prices of the dragons gets ridiculous once you get to the sun dragon. Then the habitat is twice as much. Ive been saving for 5 days now and Im not even half way to buying the dragon.
